Astro-Med, Inc. (the Company) designs, develops, manufactures and distributes a broad range of specialty printers and electronic instruments which incorporate advance technologies including both hardware and software. Target markets for products of the Company include Aerospace, Automotive, Transportation, Communications, Computer Peripherals, Apparel, Food and Beverages, Chemicals, Distribution, Life Sciences, and General Manufacturing. The Company’s products are distributed through its own domestic and international sales force in North America and Western Europe and by authorized dealers elsewhere in the world. Approximately 30% of the Company’s sales in fiscal 2006 were outside the United States.
