Building Materials Holding Corporation, a Fortune 1000 company, is one of the largest providers of residential construction services and building products in the United States with annual sales of approximately $3 billion. We serve the homebuilding industry through two subsidiaries, BMC Construction and BMC West. BMC Construction provides construction services to high-volume production homebuilders in key growth markets across the country. With locations in the western and southern states, BMC West distributes building products and manufactures building components for professional builders and contractors. As the result of a branding strategy, we changed the name of BMC Construction to SelectBuild Construction. This change is expected to be formally announced in the first quarter of 2006.
