E-Z-EM, Inc. is a leading provider of medical products used by radiologists, gastroenterologists and speech language pathologists primarily in screening for and diagnosing diseases and disorders of the gastrointestinal (GI) tract. We develop, manufacture and market medical diagnostic products used for colorectal cancer screening, evaluation of swallowing disorders (dysphagia), and testing for other diseases and disorders of the GI system. Additionally, we sell our Reactive Skin Decontamination Lotion (RSDL) product - a liquid skin decontaminant that breaks down chemical agents such as Sarin or VX in seconds, leaving a non-toxic liquid that can be washed away with water – to the Canadian armed forces and branches of a number of other armed forces in the U.S., Europe and elsewhere. We also leverage our capacities in manufacturing, automation and quality control by offering contract manufacturing to third-party businesses. We have been in business for more than 44 years.
