Metal Management, Inc, a Delaware corporation, and its consolidated subsidiaries ("we," "us," "our," or the "Company") is one of the largest full-service metals recyclers in the United States, with approximately 50 recycling facilities located in 16 states. Our operations primarily involve the collection and processing of ferrous and non-ferrous scrap metals. We collect industrial scrap metal and obsolete scrap metal, process it into reusable forms and supply the recycled scrap metals to our customers, including electric-arc furnace mills, integrated steel mills, foundries, secondary smelters and metal brokers.
