Background and Corporate Structure Metalline Mining Company (the "Company") is an exploration stage company, formed under the laws of the state of Nevada on August 20, 1993, to engage in the business of mining. The Company currently owns twelve concessions, which are located in the municipality of Sierra Mojada, Coahuila, Mexico (the “Property”). The Company's objective is to define sufficient mineral reserves on the Property to justify the development of a mechanized mining operation (the "Project"). The Company conducts its operations in Mexico through its wholly owned Mexican subsidiaries, Minera Metalin S.A. de C.V. (“Minera”) and Contratistas de Sierra Mojada S.A. de C.V.
